The first carrier estimate is a starting point, and it's almost always short. We find what's missing — components, correct quantities, code-required items, waste, O&P — and back every line with real evidence: measurements, code, manufacturer specs, ITEL.
Every line stands on a real basis
We don't invent scope and we don't argue coverage. We document what the repair genuinely requires under building code, manufacturer instructions, and like-kind-and-quality standards — the technical case that holds up on reinspection.
How it works

Photos, the carrier's estimate, and the address. That's it.
2. We review and document
Line-by-line teardown of the carrier estimate, full scope analysis, and the evidence package behind every item.
3. We build the supplement
A complete Xactimate supplement with justifications, ready to submit to the carrier.
4. You get the full scope on the claim
We follow the supplement through to the carrier's revised estimate.
Simple, aligned pricing
We charge 10% of the approved supplement increase — the additional structural repair scope (Coverage A) the carrier approves above their original estimate. No upfront fee. If the supplement doesn't add approved scope, you don't pay. You only pay for scope we actually put back on the claim.
